Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repack your fixture in its original box with all internal protective cushioning, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
